IncredABLE individuals are empowered to make choices, discover talents, realise passions, and participate in community on their own terms. IncredABLE deliver projects and services in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust Area.

Our Projects and Services
Peer Outing Programme – POP (8 – 14 years)
The POP service provides support to young people transitioning between school and adult services, enabling then to access opportunities within their local communities and further afield. This is a referral based programme.
Youth Empowerment programme -YEP (16 – 18 years)
The YEP service focuses on the provision of daily life skills through a series of ten 3 x day residentials which work on personal and social development. This is a referral based programme.
incredABLE Together Youth Clubs (14 – 25 years)
Specially tailored youth club provision across six localities in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust Area.
We are incredABLE Project (18 – 25 years)
The We are incredABLE project offers meaningful day opportunities through the provision of essential life, work and group skills at a key transitional stage.
Bespoke individual and Group Support
The BIG Service is a provision for individuals or groups that is customised according to age, interest, ability and requirement. The Services facilitates community participation, access to social activity and leisure provision.
Adult Short Breaks (18+ years)
ASB provides an incredABLE alternative to traditional respite service by offering group residential breaks in a variety of venues across N.Ireland. Please note this is a referral based programme.
incredABLE Holidays & Camping
Holidays in UK, Ireland and Europe are organised three times a year while those who enjoy the outdoors can look forward to camping residentials six times a year.
Autism Spectrum Disorder Life Skills programme (12years +)
The ASD Programme offers a series of six 3 x day residentials for up to 12 young people with ASD and or co-occurring mental health conditions in which the participants develop independent living skills and life skills. This is a referral based programme.
